Sea Bass

Grilled some sea bass for the first time ever. Turned out great. Just put salt, pepper and olive oil. After it was done drizzled it with some fresh squeezed lemon juice. My wife made up some cauliflower based soup which actually tasted amazing.

@tb80  What type of Sea Bass is that? Looks great from here!

The local "White Seabass" we get here is actually a croaker, but is one of the finest tasting of all the locally caught fish.

@jason I'm not sure what type. My wife picked it up. It tasted really good. Wasn't cheap though.
