Sunday Grilling - Venison Filet

Fired up the Red MT this evening to grill some venison filets. Turned out pretty good.



Also am doing a rotisserie chicken on the performer. (hard to see it)

The venison fillets look tender and tasty! They almost look like tuna loins in the pic.
