Do limes color shift like reds and yellows when they get hot?

I have not seen mine shift but then again I have only ever used it for low and slow. I don't recall ever grilling on it. My Lime is not too far off perfect and I'd bloody hate to cause a porcelain pop from too high a heat. Got way too many Kettles I could grill on to justify that.

No, I just told them I'd be there in about 25 minutes.

I would never jinx myself like that, and post an ad before I had it

Smart play. Some could learn from this.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

I can't speak for the older limes, however the C&B lime green Perfs change to a Linda Blair vomit colour (pea soup) when very hot ....

Alright guys, here are some pics. Seems to be in pretty okay shape. No real significant deep crazing, so that makes me happy. I think I'll be able to get this one back into solid fighting condition.

Oh, and I've never seen a lime in person, it is so much more green than the pictures show.

I'll need to replace the grate, in fact I already picked one up on the way home

I've never seen this type of hub/wheel attachment, any ideas how to get the wheels off so I can clean this thing?

The worst bit of crazing is there on the left socket

I'm gonna put some work into this one over the weekend. I think I'm going to go ahead and order a new set of vents. I'll see how the handle turns out, but Brian might be getting another call...

Is that a cut washer on the wheel/axle?
