Picked up some frozen Main lobster tails. Never grilled them before. Let's hear some ideas boys.

I split the bottom, add seasonings and butter. Cook shell side down over fairly low coals, lid on. Cook for seven minutes, then start check how the lobster meat looks. I cook them like shrimp - just until the meat is no longer translucent.

I'm sure you could undercook them slightly and sear on a weber for some nice texture on the outside. Sorry I'm a little late to the party here.
