Unleash the beast
« on: February 16, 2016, 06:01:38 PM »
I scored a Craig's list 26 a few weeks ago but it's been covered in snow since I brought it home.
Today there was a finally a break in the weather so I decided to fire it up.

I only needed to cook some chicken cutlets for a few lunch salads for my wife and I, but that's not a meal worthy of such an occasion. I figured why not cook dinner for the rest of the week too so I rubbed some thighs...and grabbed a rib eye for a reverse sear.

10 cutlets
4 thighs
1 ribeye

All cooked indirect except searing and had room to spare

Nice!  I also cook chicken for salads and sandwiches for lunch.  It's amazing how much more the 26er can hold!
