One great find and one incredible find! Did the ranch come with the legs?

Yes it has the legs and the triangle.
And the leg sockets are there, detached, but i think i have a trick worked out for re-attaching them.
Anf Gummi..Red did cross my mind..or Blue of I can find the paint.

If the finish was really sanded off, there would not be any worries just tack welding the sockets back on right?  That is an awesome score.

That's awesome!  Looks just like the one my neighbour's across the road are using for a fire pit and won't sell.  😠  Nice WSM too!

For now I think you should keep the title because you are cooking on yours lol.
Maybe we'll share the title [emoji6]

Nah, the title is all your's.  I had my 2 days in the limelight.

That said, being that I'm quite the procrastinator, we can have a race to see who is the first to cook on their new RK ??

Did have an idea about your's though.   As yours is stripped of the porcelain and restoring to original might be difficult, is it possible to mount a 60's RK on a current RK frame ?

Right now I'm toying with idea of having the sockets welded to a 6" round plate, not very thick. I will bolt this plate to the kettle bowl, probably put a similar plate inside as a backer. I'd love to keep it close to original,  and maybe modify a slide aside for the lid. I have a buddy that's a top notch fabricator.

Awesome grab!!!  Since color suggestions are being offered, here's a thought: paint it to look like a titty.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Cool...since the Ranch has been ground down to bare metal before, how about powder coating? A good shop can match or do custom colors and lay it on thick :)
