Everything looks awesome!  I've never thought of fryinf fish on the grill.  A GRATE way to not stink up the house.  This will be added to my to do list for sure.  Thanks for sharing.

Food looks insane. I'm a bit reticent to try any of the new fruit IPAs however. Maybe it's a good match, since the earlier non-IPA fruit beers are kinda icky IMO. "All of a sudden" I'm seeing the trend in grapefruit IPAs especially. Bitter beer + bitter fruit = ?

Maybe this is mirroring my own growing boredom with IPAs ... but winter is always stout and porters for me. Sorry for the sidetrack.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

How do you avoid flare ups when frying fish over fire?
