St. Louis Ribs on Sale

Publix have St. Louis cut ribs on sale for $1.99 a lb. I picked up 5 racks the other day, smoked 2 of them yesterday using the snake method on the kettle with Kingsford charcoal and some Florida live oak. Smoked 3 hours at 250*, wrapped with some white grape juice for 1 1/2 hours, unwrapped for another 45 minutes adding Stubbs Original BBQ sauce the last 15 minutes to half of the racks. Plowboys Yardbird Rub on one rack and Oakridge Dominator Rib Rub on the other. I only sauced half the ribs because this was the first time using the Oakridge and I wanted to taste the rub alone.
