Turkey burgers

The wife is on a diet so we went healthy tonight. Nothing special, just ground turkey with some Italian breadcrumbs mixed in.

I used the reverse-reverse sear method (that's right, I seared them first then moved them to indirect to finish up)



And plated

Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work

No eggs, just Italian flavor breadcrumbs to help it bind together and let the outside get a little crunch in it.
