This is the done deal! Nice bark drenched in apple juice and love how the bone separated from the meat.

Total run time was about 11 hours. Being that it was a windy and cold day, I refueled once towards the end of the cook.

I'm using the Maverick ET-735 with Bluetooth. You have the capability of using 4 identical probes at once which is cool. Unit works well and the probes are now water submersible for cleaning.
