About 2 weeks ago I received my new-to-me 22.5 red kettle that Brian restored last year and was nice enough to part with and sell to me. It was very well packed and arrived to my doorstep safely. I was like a little kid on Christmas morning when I unpacked it. It even came with brand new cooking and charcoal grates.  8)   Last Sunday when it was 50 degrees out, I went out and took a couple pics of it with 2 of it's new friends. The ash pan that goes with it came in the mail today (tuesday). So when I did these pics, I borrowed the Warrior's pan for a couple photos. Anyway here it is, it's a 1979 and the original handle is in pretty solid shape. My wife was even impressed and remarked how "pretty red" it is. Thanks again, Brian!

Thanks guys! Yes this is the original handle. Its in great shape. I will put a stain or some oil on the handle when the weather warms up. This thing came to me super clean inside and out!  Heres the link to Brian's restoration and hard work put into it under his care and ownership. It turned out beautifully! The paint is a spot on match to the porcelain.

Here's a couple more shots

Here it is with my dirty '95 red two tone.

The Ash catcher that actually goes with it. Straight edge twisty. This would likely make this red an early '79 model.

Great looking kettles Craig! I like that last picture where the two tone looks like a 26'r next to the new red one. :D
