Saturday Slump & Sides

I did a slab of beef ribs today. Here they are rubbed with Mansmiths and bathed in pecan smoke.



I also did a bloomi'n onion and biscuits. The bloomi'n onion is a new favorite around here.

Ribs coated in Kinders and ready for slicing.



Here's the plated shot. That's Sarayo sauce on the onion (it killed it!). I also made these baked beans on the grill.



Then I washed it all down with a Weber'd Blackberry Slump! Yep!



I am stuffed. Nighty Night!
