Throw my name in the hat! Literally...

Did anyone ever end up making hats? Fitted hat or trucker style would be pretty sweet!

What do you think of these?

I'm not sure if these hats have already been produced but something to think about-

It may be personal preference but I once made the mistake of ordering a hat similar to this which has a high profile, meaning that it poofs straight up from the visor.

It wasn't very flattering.  In fact I never wore mine.

What I've asked for since was a low or mid profile trucker cap with a pro-mesh.  I can give you some manufacturer model numbers if you'd like.

@Troy if you'd like, I work with a really awesome company that makes these caps, I could pass you their contact info on to you as I've given their name to dozens of people who have all loved the service and pricing they give.

Here's the wife to be modeling the caps that just came in for my site-

Smokey Joe Black, Smokey Joe Lime Green, Original Kettle Premium Black,'92 Red OTS, Yellow Simpson's 22, 78 Red MBH, '80 Black MBH, '10 Brick Red Performer,'12 Grass Green Performer, '03 Blue SSP, '97 Blue SSP, 18 inch WSM

Would prefer a low profile hat.  Not a trucker style guy.

Know of any full service places that handle the commerce, embroidery, and shipping?

Queensboro Shirt Company does that I believe. At one time they sent me an offer where I could set up my own store on their website. Folks could buy my stuff for what I decided to charge, and I could make money on it.
You can upload your designs to their website and they would embroider your stuff. Great quality. Check it out.

How about iron on patches?  Could then use them on baseball hats or wherever.

I have a friend that might be able to do that. Let me check and see.

I have used them to have team hats, polos, and fleeces done in the past.
Their website is pretty cool in that you can customize logo colors based on the color of the product you want embroidered. I use different colored lettering based on the color of the item and it looks really nice, unique.

I'm planning on launching embroidered accessories and shwag later in the spring.

Right now funds are needed for the set up. I'm done with mickey mouse companies and this time it's getting done the right way.
