Decided to do a couple of St Louis racks today.









Memphis Dust for the rub, homemade sauce for one rack and K C Masterpiece for the other.
Q2000; 26er; P Code MT; 22 WSM

 @ laTuFu looks like you have the slow n sear, what kind of temps did you get and how long did they go for? Those are some good looking ribs. thanks for your time

Hey @jd I'm sorry I didn't see your reply until now.

I'll get my journal out and check. I want to say I did it at 240-250.

I did the tried and true 3-2-1 for this cook.

Good thing I went back and checked.

I did 3-2-1, kept temps between 275-325.
