Two little birds on my kettle

Tried Cornish hens for the first time.  Olive oiled the skin and used a simple rub.  Cooked at about 350 for about an hour and fifteen minutes.  Not hard to do and turned out good.  Nice simple satisfying meal.  I'm on vacation so the next few days I will be submitting more cook posts.

Yes, good catch.  Back in the 50's, Borge was a big promoter of Cornish Game Hens. 

Without him, we might not be find these deductible little beauties today.
