This is from my secret santa it looks super awesome and cant wait to put it to use. Its a slow and sear thank you so very much. Also i sent mine out on the 23rd it should hopefully get there early this week.

I received my gift from @Jon and they are really cool, perfect for a neat freak like me:



The forked thing is a Billy Bar and the stainless item is Grill Floss. They clean the sides/underside of the cooking grate that the wire brush doesn't get. I used them both today and was really impressed!

@MrHoss hooked me up for Christmas. I got four sets of handles, three walnut and one maple old style. Wow! I got a large jug of maple syrup that is made by a friend of his, some dizzy pig rub. If that wasn't enough, he also gave me a bag of wine barrel chunks and a bag of scotch barrel chunks. My northern brother treated me right and I appreciate it an awful lot.
