Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Marsala

A small butcher shop recently opened up a few blocks away so yesterday I decided to go and check things out. Well almost as soon as I walked in the door you could smell the amazing spices being used inside and I could see a small serving cart loaded up with probably 20 different fresh (and colorful!) spices... this looks promising already!

It's run by a really friendly Indian fellow and he had just put out some fresh Tandoori chicken and Chicken Marsala on display - I was sold! Took it all home, fired up the grill and started a pot of Jasmine rice. Also grabbed some Persian Taftoon Bread... it was really good and more or less identical to traditional Naan.

We love Indian food and this really hit the spot!

Is the tandoori chicken skinless? I've been wanting to make some and that looks great!

Amazing, I love tandoori chicken. We do a lot of curries, but never on the grill.
