Hummmmmm;  handle, a touch weathered;  legs, circa '80's but no visible rust; body, traces of black enamel under caked on desert sand.  I don't have a clue :(             SJ

Extreme neglect.  Perhaps left outside for yrs uncovered in a high humidity environment near an ocean or other large body of salt water.

I don't think it's a weber.
Look at the handle welds, they're bent in instead of out.

The top vent has 2 tabs instead of one. Plus four holes instead of 3.

That bowl isn't deep enough to be an SJ either. The lid is the opposite... too deep/high domed compared to a genuine 'Joe.

Handle has screws, Look closely handle mount tabs 180 out from norm. Bowl could be Weber?
