No cliche grilling is cooking with the lid OFF and burning the hell out of the burgers that already tasted of lighter fluid because they threw them on when the coals were salt and pepper and flaming. Oh and rubbery chicken breasts cooked DIrect for 20 minutes.  There's not enough Bullseye sauce in the world to mask that atrocity...
