Post up your pictures of anything you cooked on your grill/smoker for the big event.

I'll start with a work in progress. Moinks just going on the grill

kettles, smokers...

50 minutes later they're done!

They're gone, actually.  ;)

I knew I saw that somewhere but I couldn't recall. Thanks! It works very well. It is particularly useful on a day like today (20° out there) where I don't want to open the cooker any longer than absolutely necessary.

They were OK. I have to admit I don't like them as much as ribs, pulled pork or brisket. The flavor profile is just a little flat. I dusted them with some chili powder and Adobo and that just didn't do as much as I had hoped for. Maybe next time I'll try hickory instead of apple. Or maybe sauce them before I pull them off.

No one else has pictures?

Looks good Hank.  No pics from me.  Wanted to do ribs today, but didnt have enough time to dedicate with all the other chores to do.  Everything I made today was in the oven.   :-\

Sorry I missed this thread when you started it. Those moinks look delish!

How did you like the moinks? I was a bit underwhelmed by mine. I need to do something to jazz them up a bit more next time.

Yeah, once the food is on the plate, picture priority goes way down at my house.  ;D

Well, I had my fire too hot for the moinks, I had a whole lot going on, the super bowl had started, guests were at the house, other food in the kitchen.  I had dipped my moinks in BBQ sauce the last 10 minutes, but I too was underwhelmed. I overcooked mine with all that was going on. I will try them again when there is not a festive atmosphere and I have time to devote to getting a good cook on those things. I feel I didn't give them a fair shake. I want to see how they are if I can get them cooked perfectly, then I'll decide if I ever cook them again or not.
The wings we did 4 different kinds.  And the orange marmalade sarachi were again my favorite.

Butts? Looks good! And I see another SS performer just behind it. And a nice looking red grill that I can't tell much more about.

What a tease!  ;)

I'm going to have to try this wing ring method. Seems to be quite a spacesaver.

This is what mine looked like after basting in Louisiana Honey Mustard sauce.
