I cooked on this tonight,  I have fallen in love again, for the past two or so years I have not had a performer or atleast this style, I had a SS for a short period last year.  I LOVE the table when cooking, I LOVE the gas assist.  I have told myself I don't need a performer, takes up too much room.

I am making room for this baby.

@LightningBoldtz the performer is my go-to weeknight griller.  I've hooked one friend on moving over to a performer from gas, and am working on another, as last weekend his cheap-o gas grill was putting out very low flame...I love it when people talk about the gasser saving time!

Right on you know I love it when you talk of holding on to grills L.B.. That Green looks lighter than most modern Greens....certainly lighter than my Green 18 OTG. I'll get to check it out in a few days.

That is my favorite style Performer, I know the SS is the most sought after but to me this one has the best design and look. Slap the new style metal table on her and your set!

Yeah, I am with you, that design is awesome.  The table actually doesn't bother me as much as it does others.  cooking on it yesterday hearkened me back to my early days of kettle cooking when I owned this exact model performer.
