Turkey breast

Bought a whole turkey breast and spilt it. I fileted one side nd wrapped it in the skin from the whole breast, left the other one bone in and wrapped it jn bacon. 300 degrees with maple chips. I brined them breast, but didnt season it otherwise. Hoping for great smokiness and tender turkey.

Nice!  That bacon should really add some flavor and help from drying out.  Lets see some plated pictures!


I just dropped a whole turkey breast in brine and will be putting it in the smoker tomorrow.  May add some peppered bacon to it based on your cook.

Finished product? How did it come out?
Looking for--- a yellow mbh any size, sequoia ( I know I am dreaming), avocado any size, brownie any size.

Came out great! We only ate the boneless half stuffedmin its own skin. It was tasty!
