It was pretty good.  Best cook to date.  Salt and pepper.  Cherrywood.  I did foil with light brown sugar.

I looked at it and nothing.  Turn around and, bam.  Wouldn't have been near as bad if I didn't drop the remainder of the Cherrywood down there.  It flared up on me.

Awesome smoke ring.  That sugar will burn on you hella quick if you're note careful.  Looks good to me!

Smoke ring looks really good to me, same for juiciness, if you are using a home made rub with white sugar, change
the white sugar out for turbinado sugar which has a higher heat tolerance which means less burning of the sugars.
If you sauced the ribs maybe wait until the last 10 or 15 minutes of the cook to slather them up..
It all depends on the temp yer cooker is running at.

Salt pepper and cherry wood is my go to for ribs. Those ribs look fantastic
