1970's kettle.
« on: August 02, 2015, 09:10:27 PM »
I recently acquired a rusty weber kettle grill, by using the info on WKC I've narrowed the year to somewhere between '73-75. What do you guys think....restore her to her beautiful glory, or try to glorify her beautiful patina? Also, I'd like a new wooden handle, and even harder to find...I'd like some "old school " looking wheels for it. Anyone have some suggestions?

I'll get some pics posted....I'm warning ya though...she's rusty. I didn't know if they still manufactured older style looking wheels, I have the originals on it, but they are in rough shape.
