I think I've hit the stall at 160°. Grill still hovering around 270°. Should I wrap?

Definitely gonna try that bean trick Buckie. Used AJ and Makers in drip pan last time then mixed in a small bottle of Stubbs. Never thought to use beans before.

Drip beets are great also....I don't even like beets, but a little bacon render, McCormick's Applewood rub, butter maple syrup with pork drip happens to be really good.....
