Got to love Wicked Good charcoal, look at the size :) Will update as the cook rolls on!

For starters, I had to turn big ones into small ones.



Wicked Good set and banked!



Rubbed & on!
K salt, black pepper, minced garlic, onion powder, celery seed and chili powder.



Full grill shot with Pecan for smoke.



Chuggi'n away! Isn't that a beautiful scene?









Added 2 cups of beef broth then foiled.
