Grilled Salmon with Basil Aioli Sauce

This was the first thing I made since getting my kettle. It was amazing! I did an indirect cook with a chimney of Kingsford Blue with a chunk of apple on top of the lit coals. I cooked until the "salmon butter" started forming on top. I used the mayo shortcut to make the aioli, and it was a perfect match for the salmon. Holy moly was this good!

Made some roasted red pepper aioli for first time a couple weeks ago. Served it on grilled chicken breast sanbo's. Step daughter loved it!
