First time posting a cook
« on: July 05, 2015, 06:20:31 AM »
I never remember to take pictures when I cook even though I've been meaning to for the past year

I used my own rub made up of salt, pepper, sugar, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, granulated garlic and onion. I didn't go nuts with cleaning the ribs up-- just took the membrane off and trimmed some fat.

Here's where old habits die hard, after 3 hours running at 300 +/- 10 I forgot all about taking pics. It wasn't until after the meal was finished that it dawned on me to take some pics of the leftovers.

It was served with fresh coleslaw and one of my favorite sides...london broil, which I didn't take any pics of.

Those ribs are looking really good AJ328! Love the copper performer too.

You should also post this same cook in the eCook event thread and give yourself a chance to win some cool prizes! (just copy and paste the info or I can also help you out if you like)
