Can someon refresh the history of happy cookers again pls

That story was written like 4 years ago and should be updated with more information .

Unarco or Union Asbestos and Rubber Company  was a huge multinational conglomerate that produced various products from communications to kitchen sinks literally . Happy cooker was part of the home products division of unarco and they made Grills,  both gas and charcoal , tables , bug zappers and other outdoor products . In the late 80s after a lawsuit by employees and families of victims of asbestos was won,  controlling interest/stock in the company went into the hands of the workers and the everything was liquidated to pay off the settlements and as they say  that was that . Unarco itself survived,  they moved south and still make pallet rack systems to this day
