Cooked up a couple pies last night for dinner. Decided to use KPs setup instead of my typical setup in the KP. Wanted to try it out and see if there was any difference. Also, since my little girls were getting hungry and tired, I didn't wait for the temp to drop to a more reasonable cooking temp. Each was cooked in 1.5 mins. Definitely could have been better, but they were still delicious. One cheese and one Hawaiian.
The girls helping make the dough.
Had a dough ball left over. Had to wait a couple hours for the cooker temp to drop down low enough to bake this in the KP.

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
