Lobster Party Around The Vortex!

Seasoned with melted butter and Seafood Splash. These were about 4 ouncers we went in on a case of them with friends and neighbors and got from a local Food service truck quite reasonably for lobster... sure were tasty!

Really wasn't long at all, I would say about 1 1/2 beers... so a half hour? Took the to an internal temp of 145º and also judge by appearance/texture.
