Chicken and corn on the cob

Just an FYI, the medium vortex is to tall to fit between the charcoal grate and the grill grate on, all flat top and older 26rs. Well, at least in my 99 it doesnt.

A quick sear before pulling the chicken.

Hi @Nate, I see the chicken was initially on the GBS' center grate. Were you thinking you'd use that to move the chicken over all at once over the Vortex section, or some other purpose?
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

@addicted-to-smoke , that was the plan. Don't know why I took the chicken off the center grate. The only reason I put the chicken on the center grate is because the 26r grate was all rusted. I did clean it a little and oil it up before hand. 8)
