update...new 7444 ash sweep works with ash catcher bar

Itbworks with original ash catcher bar installed.

Havent tried it yet with one of thenash catcher bars i fabricated.

No mods were required.

i've installed the 7444 as well with a catch bar.  just replace the washer with the catch bar and it worked fine.

Its pretty much what gregs is saying...

You may wana straighten out the center of the ash catcher bar to ensure it doesnt jam...

Issue with other folks having problems may be the other fabricated bars may be slightly thicker than than the oem weber bar
