Ground buffalo burgers, splashed with Worcestershire sauce and hand kneaded with minced garlic, chopped onions, rosermary, and thyme.  Liberal coating of coarse black pepper and kosher salt.



cooked them indirectly for about four minutes per side.  two small chunks of pecan in the baskets.  Then directly for another three minutes per side.  Topped with Jalepano Jack cheese slices.

OMG!  The flavor!!!  Buffalo is primarily all we eat at home (we're lucky there's a buffalo farm about an hour north of us) and we do burgers frequently but Jumpin' St. Nick on a Pogo Stick, I've never had a burger packed with that much flavor in a might long time!!!
