New Model SJ Thermometer Install

Too many Saturday yard working beers to hit dead center, but came pretty close.... Lol

Got a couple thermometers from Amazon for less than $15 and was gonna install this week.... Saw a drill, saw the thermos and said WTF?

Pilot hole (off center) followed by a bigger hole (still off center) then screwed it in.... Not perfect lol but should give me some idea of whats going on inside.

Never drilled in to a kettle ever, so the beers helped ease the pain. Might give some others some ideas. I kinda like it.
