Haha. Way to put me on the spot.
@LightningBoldtz informed me last night (8:00pm Thursday) about this red head near me. Guy had it on CL for $40. I probably checked craigslist 20 mins before it was posted online. I hopped on it instantly. I got a reply within a half hour or so. He said he had someone who wanted him to hold it until Saturday but couldn't put a deposit on it. I told him I'd give him $50 if I could grab it today. He agreed and picked it up on my lunch break today. He said he bought it a few years back at auction (didn't tell me how much for) and had never used it. Just been sitting in his barn collecting dust.
It needs a good cleaning and a new hinged grate. No dents or serious scratches. A little rust on the rim of the lid, but not an eye sore whatsoever. All in all its in great shape. It's got the metal bowl handles and a patent on the vent. This tells me it's between 70-78, correct?
I'll post some pics once I get it cleaned up.
