Smoked WBS
« on: March 24, 2015, 04:46:19 PM »

My brother came over to help me plant some new kettles   ;)

He brought along some Wild Boar Sausage. His friend is a hunter...

Bear is quality control...

I told him I want to try smoking them. He said they looked hard to light --  ba-dum-ch --Thank You.....

Laid a fuse in Old Grey with Pecan wood...

Came out good, nice flavor. They'll be added to a sauce, but not before one jumped off the table and Bear got his sample. They had a bite to them, so he may be sorry later...

Dude, relax your chicken.
