Freeing Stuck Legs

I'm sure this has been covered before & I appologize, but I'm not having any luck searching on Tapatalk. 2 of My Plum/Eggplant legs are kinda stuck and need some help getting them free. What do you guys recommend?

I would think the PB Blaster would be helpful in getting legs unstuck but that would probably fall under the category of penetrating oil
