Marinated pieces of pork in soy sauce, dry sherry, cornstarch, spices, and green onions.  Also chopped some veggies.

Stir Fried the veggies first

Added the pork

and the eggs of course :)

Stir fried the rice and everything else in Soy, Teriyaki sauce, garlic, chopped ginger, Sesame oil and S&P

Garnished with sesame seeds and green onions and dinner was served

Easy and tasty  weeknight dinner :)

As a life long fried rice junkie I can tell you that I'm to the point that I prefer my own FR to most takeout places anymore. I tend to load mine with scallions/green onions and it seems the takeout places don't put them in anymore.. We fry ours in peanut oil. I'm gonna have to add the broccoli  and peas again like BBcue-Z did here. Looks tasty!

Thank you ALL!!

Craig,
Your rice looks great too. I do mine Japanese style like the one they serve in Hibatchi/Teppanyaki restaurants. Do you prefer one style over the other (Chinese vs. Japanese)??
