Another member "said" it best last year, "Likely one of the most iconic, vintage, and sought after Weber kettles ever produced."

New arrival about a week ago - The Wood Dale Westerner.... A sweet grill indeed...

Steer head is not as sharp as the other Westerner (more on that later).

Did no cleaning on the inside.  This grill was not used much according to the original owner.

Both Westerners..... Notice the difference in the heads...

Hanging out with some other "family members"

Wow. Dueling Westerners. Holy crap. You The Man Harris.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Troy

Nice!

Is that the Texas guy that surfaced last year. Or another one?

No, this must be a different one.  Not a Texas guy.

Thanks for sharing, especially that family pic!  Incredible.

There is just something special about the MLH Westerner.  Awesome!

All very nice kettles, wow.

I think a Plainsman is my grail of all grails, just ever so slightly beating out an imperial. :)

Great looking lineup!

Wow, great collection! One westerner...awesome! Two...incredible!
Bummer about that one longhorn being fuzzy, you should probably just sent it to me. I'd hate for you to have to look at that all the time

A pair, a pair
wow that is nice, and they both look real nice
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

How do you do it, Harris?  Amazing collection!

As a Sooner fan and alum...  I just can't for the life of me figure out how I could possibly cook on that kettle while it's upside down.

As a lifelong Husker fan, I'd proudly cook some Nebraska beef on a Westerner any day of the week. :)
