It's shown in the flyer for the 2015 Masterfouch. It also mentions availability varies by market, which wouldn't explain why I can't find it online at the usual shops. 107 Euros on amazon.de however. Ouch.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I think a standard 12" lodge is a good alternative.  I believe it is less expensive as well:

That's actually pretty cool! ... but also a lot of $$$ all said and done!

The Lodge DO Winz noted is a better option for sure unless they decide to release them here in NA.

Right -- we have the popular 5 quart size. It would basically fall right through. As Winz notes, I figured the next size up in Lodge would work but was kinda hoping the Weber wouldn't cost as much (let alone MORE). Ah well.

And the reality is that Lodge is probably who is actually making them for Weber.

I have the 5 quart (10") and 7 quart (above, 12") Dutch Ovens from Lodge. I got them on sale around Christmas for $30ish and $50ish respectively - I use the 5 quart a lot more frequently (it's my girlfriend and I in the house) but I love the them both. Used the 7 quart for 5 lbs or pepper stout beef (http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/bbq-cook-offs/psb-and-pulled-chuck-on-the-22-5'-kettle/) and it's an awesome tool.

I don't have a Gourmet Grate to test it out on, but I think it would be a perfect fit.
