Venison Steak

I grilled up these venison steaks. I also had some broccoli on there for an awesome salad that my wife made. I never grilled broccoli before but I need to make that a regular now that I've had it. It was really good.

The venison looks spectacular !!!

Goofed it up more than once here by getting it too dry...seems juicy in the pic.... ;D

These folks had to convince me about broccoli.....Hank B did a bunch of cooks with large pieces that looked so good like yours....nice dinner all around man.......... 8)

It is easy to end up with dry venison. The meat is so lean but has a lot of flavor.
