Chicken Kabobs
« on: February 08, 2015, 07:38:45 AM »
Chicken kabobs on Fire Wire skewers made up of chicken breast, red onion and assorted peppers seasoned with a McCormick Mesquite Marinade.

-----

The kabobs were cooked indirect on Grill Mats around the Vortex smoking with apple.

-----

At the end of the cook grilled direct over the Vortex to crisp them up a bit.

-----

Chicken kabobs ready to come off the grill.

-----

Chicken kabobs plated on a bed of white rice.

Thanks for looking!

I really do like the Fire Wire skewers, just being flexible is a huge plus and it makes marinading on the skewer ever easier especially if you want to do it in a ziplock bag.
