Semi faded or not, it is one of the nicest black MBH I have seen.  IMO, It is that Gray tint ( fade ) and orange peel that gives off character only unique to this color MBH.

@speedster  going by the pics, it didn't sit out for too long. That kettle is in great condition. A little urethane on the handle, flip the triangle over and shine her up. You got a great mbh there. Thing looks pristine. Doesn't look like it got used much at all.

Great work on this one.
I'm with @Travis on the handle... a little sand paper and some spare varnish goes a long way on these handles. Here is one that I just did (Click).
