Juicy Steaks & Pizza Potato Bombs
« on: January 12, 2015, 12:07:12 PM »
Hi guys,

Here is my humble submission from last nights cook. As usual I was running behind so I didn't get to eat until late - but man did it hit the spot!

First up I cored out the potatoes... you can see the goodness at the end of the tunnel :)

Here are the plugs all ready to go...

Stuffed to the rim with pizza cheese and the most delicious pepperoni I have ever tasted :)

Steaks on the gourmet sear grate and bombs playing the outside.

MmMMmmm...

There was supposed to be beans on there but somehow I spaced out and forgot to make them completely lol oh well ::)

Thanks for looking!

Those look awesome, however based on the size of the hole for the bomb, I think there is a need for a larger hole to stuff more goodies in the tater.

a new kitchen tool called the potato bomb hole driller.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

lol, you read my mind LB! You could prob use a length of metal pipe to punch out a larger cavity. A 1"-1.5" would be perfect 8)
