Juicy Steaks & Pizza Potato Bombs

Hi guys,

Here is my humble submission from last nights cook. As usual I was running behind so I didn't get to eat until late - but man did it hit the spot!



First up I cored out the potatoes... you can see the goodness at the end of the tunnel



Here are the plugs all ready to go...



Stuffed to the rim with pizza cheese and the most delicious pepperoni I have ever tasted



Steaks on the gourmet sear grate and bombs playing the outside.



MmMMmmm...





There was supposed to be beans on there but somehow I spaced out and forgot to make them completely lol oh well

Those look awesome, however based on the size of the hole for the bomb, I think there is a need for a larger hole to stuff more goodies in the tater.

lol, you read my mind LB! You could prob use a length of metal pipe to punch out a larger cavity. A 1"-1.5" would be perfect

Power drill with a deep hole saw.....no piddlin' around......
