More Weber "stuff"
« on: January 06, 2015, 05:04:31 PM »
I'm going to admit it. I just can't be trusted.

I'm in the car business so I have a whack schedule. I'm off on Sunday and Tuesday.  I had dreams of grilling today which didn't come true. This morning the garage door opener literally started smoking. I wasn't sure if I should pull the plug or grab some meat.

Anyway, off to Lowes I go for a replacement. I figured I may as well swing by the Grill section since its on the way.

What is that...a Gourmet Grill on sale....and a Gourmet Griddle for SUPER cheap.

So, in addition to the new opener, I snagged a couple extras.

Man that is awesome!  The lowes and home depots by me never seem to put stuff on that cheap, jealous of those whose stores do.  Nice find!

Nice! My Lowe's had a Gourmet Grate for $19.00 a couple of weeks ago but I wasn't able to get it. It was gone a few days later when I had some extra scratch. :(
Deals are out there!

I wish weber produced a cast iron grate. I know you can buy them from other companies but at a price.
I saw this new grate when i too was hunting for this clearance price and saw that this thing is heavy.
This is of a higher quality then the basic grate. I think i might just settle for this instead.

If they have a bunch of inserts at crate and barrel outlet next time I go I'll load up. I got sear grate and griddle for $8 and a wok for $12. This was 2 years ago tho.

If anyone gets a spare gourmet grate for 9 bucks I would gladly buy it off you and pay shipping.  They're 35 bucks here at the few random places that carry them.
