Sick & tired of turkey leftovers yet?

Here's a slight twist I've done for many years.....

Started off in separate pans & then grouped it up to free up a warming pan.....

Clockwise from high noon:
Green beans, smoked sweet taters w/ bacon dripping & maple syrup, lite & dark turkey slices, garlic mashers, rare rib roast & cranberry stuffin' in the middle.....no extra added rub or anything except a little butter to juice it up.....just the flavors of Thanksgiving.....

Fold & crisp up a large tort of choice....

A little gravy warmed thru....

Slap on a bit of home made cranberry relish............

And, it's Thanksgiving Tacos.........

I wouldn't call that boring, but if you want to part with, I wouldn't mind having it :)
Great way to use leftovers!!

great spin on a leftover sandwich. And that looks like a delicious cranberry sauce. I usually build mine open face on a toasted Belgian waffle but my sister didn't send me home with gravy this year. It was a sad discovery when I got home. Definitely trying this with the Christmas bird. Thanks for sharing!!

I forced the wife to use ALL 1/2 ~ 3/4 gallon of chicken broth / turkey cook juice from the smoked bird (the pan it's sitting in gets filled with a big can of chicken broth & the injections & juices cook out a little), plus the neck / giblet pack boiled down to make a GIANT VAT of gravy.......there's still some left & we're on our 3rd round of mashed taters & second round of stuffing.....gravy gets had w/ each bowl / plate / taco / whatever....... 8)

Gravy is the glop of the gods....... ;D
