Winz nervously steps up to the podium, pulls out a small piece of paper from his WKC hoody, looks over the audience and begins to read:
“Wow, this is certainly an unexpected honor. Bisbee started as a simple idea – put a new copper bowl and lid into an old stainless steel performer frame. From there, it just became an ongoing project that has provided great personal satisfaction. Thank you to all of the WKC members that submitted entries and voted during Mod Month. There were some amazing ideas that were showcased in the thread. We have some very creative folks at the WKC and in my opinion, Weber would do well to pay attention to this group when thinking of future kettle ideas. Thank you to @Marty for not only hosting Mod month, but for his amazing smokey joe mod which was my personal favorite. Had we been able to vote for it, I am pretty sure “Genesis Joe” would have taken top honors. And lastly, thank you to the Weber-Stephen Company for making the great grills that fuel our passion. Keep up the good work”.
Winz then places his note back into his hoody, steps down from the podium and is escorted off the stage by a Brazilian supermodel (well actually,
@Troy).
