Bumblebee Rotisserie
« on: October 19, 2014, 04:03:20 PM »
First cook on my new rotisserie...what else but chicken to kick things off? Brined for about 4 hours. Used Ole Yeller and some Apple wood for flavor.  Cooked real nice and was really moist.   Video of the cook:  http://instagram.com/p/uWTbGFkXtl/

I know you can do a lot more cooks with things like ribolator trays, but what other cooks do people recommend with the regular rotisserie forks?  Pork loin?

TRANSFORM!!!

If Bumblebee could transform into your weber kettle, I know Optimus would be jealous. Tasty looking bird, I think I will do one of those today!!

I just bought a rotisserie and I plan on doing chicken of course on my first try but also plan on doing some tri-tips!  A while back I saw a BBQ show on TV with a roti pineapple they cut grooves in the pineapple so it kept basting itself, it looked killer!
