Did 18.5 OTG's Ever Come With Thermomters

I ask because I have a kettle bought and with an agent but have not seen pictures.  Amongst other things the seller says it has a thermometer in the lid.  He advertised it as an 18 but says he bought it last year for over $200.  I think it is an 22.5 from his description but if there was never any 18.5's that came with a thermo in the lid then that confirms it.

I don't think they ever had thermometers from the factory. Soon, I will have one that does  😎

Don't think the 18" Golds even had the thermometer factory.....I know people like to snazz them up & add that onto a constructed (Gold from Silver) one, but don't recall it as stock.....

What about the even more elusive OTPlatinum 18"?

i checked all around & can't see any with a therm in lid that came from the factory....someone will be along soon with pics to perhaps prove all that research in correct however............
